One maker, one wrap at a time
Made by a person, after you order
Nothing is taken from stock. Your wrap is started the day you order, crocheted by hand by a maker in a cooperative that has worked this craft for roughly two centuries.
Crocheting takes 2–3 days. Delivery is then 3–10 business days, sometimes longer depending on the shipping method you choose.
We photograph the actual wrap going into your parcel and send it to you before it ships.

If it arrives damaged or wrong
Email within 30 days with a photo. We remake and reship free, or refund in full — and you don't need to post the original back.
If you change your mind
Within 24 hours of ordering, if work hasn't started, we cancel and refund in full. After that it's already being made for you.
If it's lost in transit
We remake and reship at our cost.

How long will it take?
Made for you: 2–3 days from the moment you order.
Delivery: 3–10 business days after dispatch, sometimes longer depending on the shipping method you choose.
We email you when yours is begun, send a photograph when it is finished, and tell you the moment it ships.
Why not a fixed delivery date?
Because it's crocheted by hand and we'd be guessing. We'd rather tell you the truth and keep you updated than pick a date to make the sale.
What if I don't like it?
You'll see a photograph of your actual piece before it ships. If it isn't right, we remake it free of charge, before dispatch.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. Import duty and customs fees are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare every parcel accurately.
